1. Server access
L2 MYTHICAL is a privately operated Lineage II server. Access is offered at the administration’s discretion and may be limited, interrupted, or withdrawn.

Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of the privately operated L2 MYTHICAL server and its official community spaces. Rules may be updated by the administration.
2. User accounts
You must provide accurate account information where requested, maintain only permitted accounts, and follow all published registration and access rules.
3. Player conduct
Players must act fairly and respectfully. Disruptive behavior, impersonation, fraud, threats, and conduct harmful to the community are prohibited.
4. Exploits and cheating
Bots, unauthorized automation, cheats, packet manipulation, third-party tools, or attempts to gain an unfair advantage are prohibited unless explicitly approved.
5. Bug abuse
Known or suspected bugs must be reported privately to staff. Exploiting, concealing, or distributing methods to abuse a bug may result in sanctions.
6. Harassment
Harassment, hate speech, targeted abuse, doxxing, and repeated unwanted contact are not permitted in the game or official community spaces.
7. Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and activity performed through your account. Never share passwords with players or unverified parties.
8. Server modifications
Only client files, patches, launchers, and modifications approved by L2 MYTHICAL Administration may be used to connect to the server.
9. Staff decisions
Staff may investigate activity, interpret the rules, apply sanctions, reverse gains linked to abuse, and take reasonable action to protect the server and community.
10. Donations
Donations are voluntary contributions used to support infrastructure, hosting, development, and maintenance. Contact staff through the official Discord donation ticket before paying.
11. Refund policy
Donations are non-refundable. A donation does not purchase ownership, permanent access, or a guaranteed gameplay advantage.
12. Server availability
Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, technical issues, security needs, or operational decisions may affect access or stored progress.
13. Changes to rules or features
Rules, systems, content, schedules, and features may be updated when necessary. Material updates may be communicated through official channels.
14. Termination or suspension
Accounts may be warned, restricted, suspended, or terminated for rule violations, security concerns, abuse, or conduct that threatens the service or community.
15. Intellectual property
Lineage II and related names, artwork, and game assets belong to their respective owners. L2 MYTHICAL claims no ownership over third-party intellectual property.
